1. Return/Exchange Time Frame
• All return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in unused, unworn, and original condition with packaging intact.
2. Exchange & Refund Policy
• All items are exchangeable within the 7-day window.
• Refunds are only issued if a suitable alternative product is not available at the time of exchange.
3. Defective or Wrong Product Received
• If you receive a defective item or an incorrect product, please inform us within 7 days.
• A full unboxing video (starting from opening the sealed parcel to showing the issue clearly) is mandatory to process any claims.
• The customer will bear the shipping cost for both sides, and shipping will be arranged by the customer.
4. Change of Mind / Didn’t Like the Product
• In case of a change of mind or if you didn’t like the product, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days.
• Product must be returned in original condition, and both-way shipping costs will be covered and arranged by the customer.
5. Non-Eligible Returns
• Requests made after 7 days of receiving the order.
• Items returned without an unboxing video.
• Products that are used, damaged, or without original packaging.
6. Important Notes
• Unboxing video is mandatory for any return or exchange claim.
• Shipping is to be arranged by the customer in all cases.
• Sale items are exchangeable only; refunds are not applicable on discounted products.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings and nose pins must be unused and sealed to be eligible for exchange.
• Once the return is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 working days for the processing of exchanges or refunds (if applicable).
